Last but not least, investing is a matter of trust. Confidence in the quality of a product, trust in service and trust in the reliability of business partners. The IKV Internationale Kapital Verwaltungs GmbH was founded with this in mind. She is responsible for the trust management of investments.
The term "trust" already outlines most of the tasks that a trust company has and the services it provides. Put simply, the trust company is the professional and reliable link between investors on the one hand and fund companies and project partners on the other. Above all, this means that the trust company exercises the contractual rights and obligations and represents the interests of the parties.

The IKV tests for private, semi-professional and professional investors and issuing houses. We work with a large number of external contractual partners and associated companies throughout the process of the entire value chain.

Conflicts of interest are resolved in the form that
• those treated by the IKV and their investors receive fair treatment,
• there is no risk of damage to investors, and
• no extraneous interests influence the decisions of our employees.
We have taken organizational measures to ensure that the above requirements are met as minimum standards.
Any conflicts of interest that arise are handled by us in such a way that they meet the high standards of integrity and loyalty. In order to avoid any kind of apparent and actual misconduct and to ensure that these standards are adhered to, we are continuously working to actively identify and manage conflicts of interest early and with foresight.

• a clear internal separation of functions - both at management and employee level -,
